Please note: In winter, HOA staff may need brief access to your deck/patio for snow removal, a necessary safety measure for your comfort and peace of mind.

Important Information
Construction Notice
- SUMMER 2025 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roof work on Building 3 will be underway from May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, balconies and patios may be inaccessible, and construction noise is likely during the day. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Standard check-in and check-out times apply; flexibility may be possible depending on other bookings.
- Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- Door codes for smart locks will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out.
Property Access
- Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards (in condo) required for access.
- Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM–10 PM). Key cards required.
- Free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter. Property is a 7-minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
Policies and Rules
- The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside and 75 feet away from the building. Proper disposal of cigarette butts is required.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No parties, large groups, or events allowed.
- Dogs permitted with payment of nonrefundable pet fee.
- Written rental agreement must be signed and returned.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter.
Fees and Payments
- Nonrefundable pet fee applies for dogs.
- Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
Parking Information
- Tesla destination chargers are available in the upper Snowshed parking lot (short walk from condo). Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed at the chargers.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Community laundry room available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
- The town has well water with high mineral content. Bringing bottled water is recommended if you prefer a different taste.
Safety and Emergency Information
- In winter, building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildup and leaks as required by the homeowner's association.
